CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At RIA Growth Catalyst, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to make cancellations as hassle-free as possible.
This policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancelling your subscription with us and provides detailed information on how refunds are handled. Our aim is to make this process as clear and straightforward as possible, ensuring you feel confident in your choices regarding the use and discontinuation of our services.

1. Definitions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all the capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as provided to them in the Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement.
2. Subscription Cancellation
a) Initiating Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard on the RIA Growth Catalyst website (https://riagrowthcatalyst.com/). To cancel, navigate to the subscription settings page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you are facing any issues, please contact us at jbaneux@bnxcapitalllc.com.
b) Effective Date: Cancellation will be effective immediately upon the client's request. However, the client will continue to have access to the service through the end of the current billing cycle.
c) Confirmation: Upon cancellation, clients will receive a confirmation email from RIA Growth Catalyst LLC verifying that the cancellation has been processed.
3. No Refunds
a) Upfront Payments: All upfront fees paid at the time of subscription are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the usage of the service during the subscription period.
b) Monthly Subscriptions: There are no refunds for monthly fees, irrespective of when the client decides to cancel their subscription during the billing cycle, or if the client does not use the platform.
4. Refund Policy for Upgraded Subscriptions
a) Upgrades: If a client chooses to upgrade their subscription, the difference in cost between the current subscription rate and the upgraded subscription rate will be charged pro-rata for the remaining period of the subscription.
b) Refunds on Upgrades: Similar to other fees, any additional amounts paid for upgrades are not refundable.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled by the client, all subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. The renewal charge will be the same as the prior subscription period unless the client is notified of a price increase.
6. Account Inactivity
a) Deactivation for Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 months (e.g., no login for 12 consecutive months) may be deactivated at the discretion of RIA Growth Catalyst LLC. Before deactivation, RIA Growth Catalyst LLC will notify the client via email, providing an opportunity to reactivate the account.
b) Retention of Data: Upon cancellation or termination of a subscription, RIA Growth Catalyst LLC reserves the right to retain client data as required by applicable law and as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules, or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may add to or change or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the platform after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
